The Baan configuration is Baan IVc4, Informix Database, Windows NT.

The following problem appears periodically, but regularly while working with Baan or trying to connect.

"LogonUser 1330" The connection failed, because the password of the account is no more valid.

To avoid this, I have to run the sessions "maintain database users" and "Maintain links betweeen baan users and database users" (with the identical password). Within Baan and Windows NT no user has a restriction concerning the (Baan) working time.

Does anybody know about informix restrictions or how to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot
Frank

Hi Frank,

It doesn't seem to be a problem of Baan. This message is coming out of NT, and not Baan.

If you type the following at an NT command prompt: net helpmsg 1330
you will get the message that you're receiving when trying to log into Baan. The problem, then, lies in the NT authentication and not in Baan. Please have your network adminstrator check to see if this user can log directly onto the Baan NT server.
