We r having BaaN B2 on Win NT 4.0 , with Informix as backend.
Daily we r taking level 0 backup, by giving the following command

ontape -s -L 0

backup wasd happening fine, but since last 3-4 days it is not happening . Infact when i checked the informix log i found these entries, i am attaching few of the lines which i think might be usefull for analysing the problem

18:07:54 Checkpoint Completed: duration was 0 seconds.
18:10:07 Archive on rootdbs, baandb_plog, baandb_llog, baandb_dbs ABORTED.
18:10:07 Aborted by client.
18:12:54 Checkpoint Completed: duration was 0 seconds.

I am also attaching the screen shot of the error which comes ...please let me know is there the problem with th DLT tape or DLT tape drive or is it something else....

the message from your log file shows that something going wrong with your device, have you chkd-up by after changing the DLT tapes??? what is the approx. size of your databse ??

If your problem still exists pls send me the 100 lines from online.log and output from "onstat -a"
