I am on Oracle8.0.5,Baan 4c4, NT env
All baan tables are in baandb database and baandb is the owner.
I created a new user X in oracle. (using baandb login)
I granted connect and resource roles. even given dba role.
When I create a new user "X" I am finding that this user is not having select permission for baan tables. He cannot see data in any baan table.
After I gave permission for tttadv002000, tttadv000000...etc for few tools tables, I was able to connect to baan system as user X.
But do do I need to give select permission for each and every table and every user?
I would like to know how you guys are managing?
How can I make "X" have all privileges on baandb database tables at one go in Oracle,NT env?
