We are planning to migrate the database from Oracle to DB2.
what are the issues we should look at before migrating and is can there be some problems for migrating the data from one database to another.

The change over was a policy decision for the company as they were migrating all their applications to the DB2 database and wanted the same for BaaN also.

Did that without any issue sometime back.
