hi, when a user tried to open baan throught his client, he got an error "object 81 in process 4 not found". anyone knows what is this error about????

the user got this error many times, but after some minutes he finally opened baan...

i´ve never seen this error... anyone can help?? thanks!!

Does this happen for all users or just one specific user.

If this is only one user it could be a problem with the BW client and a reinstall or upgrade of the BW would be required.

If this is happening for all users we would need more information and log files.

it happened for just one user... y saw the logs file but it didn´t show anything, the only thing i saw in the log file for the user was "bad pointer specified" or something like that, some times i have seen this same error for some users in the logs files but i've never seen that message that i attached before...

I have seen this error when you delete a user that have designed some process under DEM.

In most cases, you can re create the user and the error will disappear.
