I am facing problem when execute the session tfgld9001m000.
The error messages are showed as below:
Error 2555 (bdb_error 2555) on select
Cannot continue in session tfgld9001m000()
I had tried to run the session several times but the result still the same, after sometimes, the same error message prompted.
Anyone can help on this?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
before posting, search the forum please.
Have a look at this http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?t=12912&highlight=error+2555
It's a oracle problem !
Increase parameter "undo_retention" in oracle (REBOOT !).

You could also change the company number in the dump file (e.g. with an awk-script) and re-import the table again.
The tfgld900x session is notorious for that error , esp. when handling the big tfgld-tables.
Under BaanERP and LN there was a new session introduced for changing the company number and it has also been backported for Baan IV. Unfortunately not for c2.

Hi, Bernd,
I had checked my current "undo retention" setting, it's configured as 15 minutes now. According to your previous advice, I should increase the parameter value to solve the issue. But, what is the right figure to put in? Double the existing one to 30 minutes? Could you please advise on this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Check the following links for further details -

It is strongly recommended to check with Oracle DBA and tuneup your DB.
