Where in the enterprise manager can I see what (and if) foreign keys are defined in the Oracle 10g database?

Open the table in TOAD and there is a option to check the constraint,...

There are no foreign key's (at the DB level) in baan.

You Can check the references to a Table using session "ttaad4229m000" .
