Hi,

We are getting the above error message while logging on to Baan. using login id 'baan'
bdb_errno 1308 on ttdsk360000 (error 0)
Fatal Error:Error 1308 (bdb_errno 1308) on select.Cannot continue in ottstpstdlib (mess).

Please suggest a way to solve this problem.

Hi,

Try this.

1.Check OS login / OS group has appropriate permissions to access app files/folder.
2.check and set appropriate permissions/roles in database for Baan_id,Baan_dbname.
3.check and set role db_owner to baan.

is apps and Db are in same Server ??

bdb_errno 1308 on ttdsk360000 (error 0)

If I remember correctly error 308 is about missing index or stored procedure for table.

Error 308 is related with index, when table have more two index unique, try changer order index.

Check data with related table, and verify order index and correct data.
