I changed the IP address of the server,then clients can't log on to Baan with a error message"you can not run bshell",I'm wondering if any file else needed be changed besides hosts?

Check servers.xml file (License Manager).

Try pinging the host and client from each other. Also use nslookup to see if the name of the server resolves to the proper IP. If your using the license manager, try BclmClientTest to make sure you can still find the license manager.

As a work around: Keep the old IP-address and assign a second IP-adsress to the network card. :)
