Hi Guru's,

if i try to login in Baan as every other user than baan, the following error comes up :

not authorized to run as user baan
Windows Socket err 10053
Connection with server broken

but...

if i set in BW-Configuration in the command-field -- -set USER=username the connect works fine (for every user)

I have checked the whole system, permissions etc.
The Windows login is local, no AD.

Any ideas ?

no, that doesnt help because no remote users on system configured.

... and why it works fine, if the username is specified in the command-field ?
