Anyone experimenting 11g with Baan (IV or LN)

I have not heard of anyone testing Oracle 11G yet as it is not yet supported by an INFOR Porting Set.

Current version of Oracle 11 is not one you want to use. There are still some bugs that need to be solved before it could be supported.

just wanted to check , is Oracle 11g supported for Baan 5 c4 ?? If yes, can you provide me the solution no. which i should be looking at ... i tried searching on infor site, and got few of the posts related to baan 4 and LN, but nothing related to baan5.

Any hints, would be appreciated.

according to the release notes for the newer porting sets 11g should be supported for 5.0c and HP-UX11i, but please check the detailed technical notes for the corresponding porting sets on infor365 support.

With baan5 you now normally should be using the portingset 8.x series which is used as well for ERPLN. With that version 11g is supported.

thanks guys for giving me pointers, will go through the porting set documentation, however just a quick question are there lot of customers now on 11g , if yes, do we see some major diff in 10g vs 11g performance ?
