Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our DBMS version from 9 to 10. For testing purpose, new oracle instance with version 10 was created and data was transferred on that server. Then, Baan application was made to point to new instance. But, when we compared the Sequential Dumps (bdbpre output) of the tables for same Baan Application, but different DB versions, we found out that same data is present in both the files, but the sorting is different. :confused:
What could be the problem? Will different sorting impact Baan in any way (One way it will impact is reports will show different sorting)?
