We're looking to relicense Oracle from enterprise edition to standard edition. Anybody using standard edition? Any problems you have or can see with this? We're currently using 8.0.6 and 8.1.6 with BaanIVc4 with HP-UX 11.

From personal experience I can say that the impossibility to parallellize your backups with RMAN is a big downside of the standard edition.
