Has anyone done a conversion from Oracle/Windows2003 to SQL2000/Windows2003. I have done the level 2 SQL conversion, is it the same process. BDBPRE/BDBPOST. Of course updating the appropriate BSE\lib files before posting the data into SQL2000.

Beside that you need to check if you have a licence for the MSQl driver thats is indeed all you have to do.

The following Baan files needs at least to be updated:
%BSE%\lib\tabledef
%BSE%\lib\defaults\db_resource

Creating users and groups in MSQl and addjustment of all %BSE%\lib\msql files

Hi - we are currently planning a migration from Oracle to SQL and the size question has come up. Will this move cause a change in our DB size? It is currently a total of 400 GB - will this cause it to grow, shrink stay the same??
