I have configured several session to use mutli bshell with the job daemon. Multi bshell start but everytime I have to login the bshell. I have configured the bwc file with save passowrd and it works when I start the bwc, but it does not work in a job !!!

The BWC file that will be used is the default BWC file. So, make sure you mark that one you use for your jobs as default.
