Please help:

OS : Win2k
ERP: ERP LN 6.1

During installation of openworld, baan creates temporary files in {EBC-DEF-YTERER-GHI-IFR088-098} folder. My installation fails and the msg in event viewer says 1. "Cannot Convert tss" 2. "load of shared library failed for tss" and " 3."TSSConvertInitalize failed". I remember there is a solution that mentions that in order to enable long names reading by baan in windows we need to install something. Dont know what is that something.

Any advise or clue is welcome. Thanks in advance.
