We are working Baan-C4 in5 on OS NT-4 & Database is SQL-7 with Cluster .
Now we want to Migrate Baan with Win 2003 & Database SQL 2000 with Cluster.

we have no any documentation Or Installation Procedure Stapes.

Can any body help us about the same?
