Hello,

We run BaaN IV on Solaris (SOLARIS 8 / UNIX Sun Microsystems Inc. SunOS 5.8 / BaaN IV with SP14 on Informix 7.3.1) and manage printers on WINDOWS servers. Recently, cheque printers were moved from an NT server to WINDOWS 2003 server. Since then, cheques come with extra characters (possibly control characters) on top and at the end of each print file. Printing multiple cheques on continious paper is no longer possible because the alignment is now incorrect. We have not been able yet to find a driver that would print the correct font and not print the extra characters.

What needs to be done to set up cheque printing in a SOLARIS/WINDOWS 2003 server environment?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Ziggy
