I have installed Baan in a Linux machine, thar users are users of LDAP server.
I can log into machine with a shell, but when i try to execute baan appear the next:

#./ba6.1
ba6.1: getpwuid() error
ba6.1:
Error during sopen(${BSE}/lib/nlsinf/generic.in;${BSE_REM}!${BSE}/lib/nlsinf/generic.in;${BSE}/lib/nlsinf/g/generic.in;${BSE_REM}!${BSE}/lib/nlsinf/g/generic.in, )
ba6.1: Can't open ${NLSINF}/generic.in;${NLSINF}/g/generic.in: error 13
ba6.1: No application server defined

What's the problem?

Error 13 is permission denied.

Are you shure all permissions are correct?

Hello

I have modified the permision of $BSE/lib/nlsinf directory and now appears the next:

itena@calisto /baan4c/bse/bin $ ./ba6.1
ba6.1: getpwuid() error
ba6.1: No application server defined

Try ${BSE}/lib/nlsinf/generic.in. The error is during opening the file.
