I often get this error when generating a dem menu. What does it mean? SSA does not know...

By the way we run BaaN IV c4 (porting set 6.1c.07.05) on AIX 5.3 on Oracle 9.2.0.1.

I am not aware of AIX but the log shows that the problem is from Oracle or Database authorisation of the users. So check out the database of the super user may be some problem is from there.
