we've got planning to migrate the existing BAAN 4c to HP integrity server which using itanium processor. is anyone have already done it. is there any incompatibility between BAAN & itanium processor?

The release notes assigned to each porting set will have the hardware compatibility matrix attached, have a look there.

Since you haven't bought an Itanium processor yet have you read any of
the articles suggesting that there is a major flaw in Itanium processer?

I´ve already tried to do what you are aiming but Baan IVc returns an error when installing.
SSA claims that this version of Baan won´t support Itanium based machines.
Of course you can always try to run a 32 bit application in a 64 bit environment but I don't think it´s a good option.
Perhaps you should think about placing the database server in the Itanium machine and the Baan server in a 32 bit machine.
