I need some experiences and sharings from those who have done the Oracle upgrade from 8i to 9i for BAAN ERP.

What I expect is :
1) What are the common problems that can come for this upgrade,
2) What are DOs and DONTs while this upgrade,
3) Any suggessions on parameters for 9i,
4) Any comments on performance of baan after this upgrade.
