Did someone experience this error message in Informix?

error 1289 is showed when I've tried to remove baan user.

Environment is: Baan IVc, on NT Server with Informix 7.30

Cannot lock table table-name in requested mode.

The table is already locked in exclusive mode. You will have to wait for the table to be unlocked before you proceed.
