Which database are allowed these days for Baan? (IV, V, LN)

For LN check their LN brochure (http://www.ssaglobal.com/documents/SSANR_ERPLNGEENUS_0904-1.pdf), last 2 pages (DB supported per OS).
For ERP: DB2, Oracle, Informix, Microsoft SQL.
For IV: DB2, Oracle, Informix, Microsoft SQL, BISAM.
You may need to check the latest portingset documents to know exactly wich versions.

Support for ERP LN/MySQL on Linux is also in the works. Hopefully due within the next 6-9 months.
