While I am running some reports , Generely Some tmp files generastes in TMP directory , but some time I saw some srt... files and these file occupie the space in TMP directory ,and TMP directy get full. , I am not understanding why these files generates . Is there any errors in reports . Please suggest .

The problem is while I am running a single Report Session , It Generate no of srt files with large file size and occupies the full space of TMP directory.Is there any way to sort out this problem.

Maybe something peculiar with the report. Check for some bug in program/report leading to big srt files. If the program / report is correct then you need to increase the tmp partition .

with BSE_SORT you can define another dir in your box, wheres enough space for big files.

The files which are generated by sorting the data of a session are srt files. Because the session was crashed for some reason, the files weren't removed from the system. So if you see such files, you should remove them.
