I am looking for answers in the real time ip / host switching area.

In the event of a server crash / non-availability due to some reason we would like to divert all baan connections to the production mirror. Both the production as well as the mirror use a single license server which is a x86 desktop.

Are there any software / hardware solutions in this area ? Has anyone implemented this ?
