We're looking at moving from a HP-UX/Oracle/Baan IVc3 environment, to a Windows 2000 Server/MS-SQL/Baan IVc4 environment.
I was curious if anyone has performed a Baan IVc3 data conversion from Oracle 7.3.4 to MS-SQL 2000, and if so, what methodology did they utilize?
If the MS-SQL 2000 server is setup with Baan IVc3, is it as simple as bdbpre'ing and bdbpost'ing the data from each company on the Oracle system to the MS-SQL system?
Are there any extra steps required because it's a Unix to Windows 2000 conversion?
As always, thanks for your input!
