We are having Baan IV b2 and C4 both.
Recently we had installed porting set 6.1c.06 then for b2 it had started giving error 16200 i.e. registration problem.

Now we had restored same company data into other company and restart baan , then I am gettinf following error while rc.start

pdaemon6.1: pdaemon6.1: exec_row 'ttaad300' op 11 error, bdb_errno 15900
pdaemon6.1: pdaemon6.1: exec_row 'ttaad320' op 11 error, bdb_errno 15900

If you are using tbase, I think this error can be fixed by using tbase6.1 command, e.g.

# tbase6.1 R r taad300000.bdt

But before that:
- stop baan, nobody should be in the system
- backup the table first

Do you need the pdaemon to start at all ? You may not need it depending on how you have configured your printers. If you don't need it is can be an unnecessary overhead.
