Greetings!

I have a user that is unable to display the "Operation Text" when he runs session tirou2110m000, Maintain Routing.

I have given him text permissions for all text groups and set his default text group as router text. Obviously I am missing something as nothing seems to work.

Any clues? Thanks in advance!

I do not remember accurately and I cannot check right now, but I think you will have to customize the report layout to print the text. Can you please check the report layout and confirm?

Are you sure the user is selecting "Yes" in the "Print Routing Texts" field in the session Print routing. Works fine for me in both 4b2 and in 4c4.

Thank you for the replies. Gary, yes the user is selecting "Yes" in the Print Routing Text field and Shah, I think that is the only criteria that is needed.

I believe this to be a problem at the user level as many users *do* see the text whereas this particular user does not.

Strange...

Check the language of the user and the entered text.

The user in question had all permissions for text groups except for lower case "text".. sheesh.. how I missed that, I have no idea.
