I want:
when release the production order,the materials warehouse order advice are generated,then determine the location.

I want Initiate Inv. Issue & Generate Advice automatically.

I can't think of any built in feature in 5c that will achieve that. But have you ever considered building an AFS session that will release the production order, transfer all subsequent material requirements for issuing, initiate inventory issue, and generate outbound advice for the materials in one go? Please refer to the AFS, DDC, OLE (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=59) forum if you'd like more info on AFS
