We have a Perfomace Issue(Baan5.0b, Sp13) ,while using Simulate orders.
BOM Lines :1,25,000
Plan Items : 3000 Manufacured Items &
11000 Purcahse items

BOM is maximum 4 levels
Our Simualte Orders is taking around 30 hours..
We have already used table boosters fotrtibom010,cprpd100,cprpd120

Is anybody using Baan5.0b and facing similar Performance Problems???

Have you run update low level codes? If not then you are performing way too many lookups.

Pl check whether solutions 20718 & 105823 are installed or not. These r performance specific solutions for Simulate Orders.

Try using performance boosters. I tried with number of servers = 3, and my run time reduced by 80 %.
