Has anyone dealt with archiving engineering data (tiedm1250m000) in Baan IV? I'm looking to 'get rid of' items that are completely obsolete and end of life.

I've already starting checking help texts, etc and will play in a practice environment, but I'd appreciate it if anyone who's done this could offer any tips and tricks. Anything I should watch for, known problems, etc?
