I am able to control a generic-cust item code, description, size, material, but text will not generate.

seq = 10
Lang = 2
Text Line = 1
From Pos = 1
To Pos = 11
Description = Text Here
Product Feature is blank
Text Block is No
Constraint is blank

in other lines I try to call a product feature value but no-go. Still others I use a constraint. nothing.
Am i missing a parameter setting? How is text group decided? I am 4c4. Thanks for any help.

Baan Support explained this - I needed to maintain default text for each user. How do I close this thread?

Very simple. Scroll down to the bottom of your screen till you see the drop-down menu admin functions. From there select Open/Close thread :)
