We are using PRP using project engineering of Manufacturing module of Baan4c4. We have a sales order for a customised item and a project has been linked to it. Customised BOM is created with Customised routing with 51 Customised items attached to the main customised item indicated in sales order.These 51 cutomised items are of Purchased and Manufactured items.
However, when we ran the PRP engine System is not generating planned production orders and planned purchase orders for all 51 items. It generates only for two/three items.
Can any body enlighten us about this issue.

Look at warehouse orders.
Will generate warehouse orders if it can find std. item linked to the cust. item and bring into project.
Look at error messages. If message no demand - BOM could be incorrect.
