We are trying to set up process items and have activated formulas, maintained operation relations and validated routings. When we calculate cost prices, we get an error message: "Routing operations do not exist".

Any ideas what we should do?

You should have Routing Operations for Standard Routing Code and Item combination.The standard routing code is maintained in Cost price parameters.

Actually it's the default routing in ROU parameters, but your reply cleared some cobwebbs and it worked! It also works without associating the default routing with the item if quantity dependent routing is set to yes for the item.
