I don't really understand why scrap factor don't allow decimal in BaanIV c4.

Technically the answer seems simple . It's domain tcscpf is integer wherein u can not enter decimal.

However practically it may not make sense in some cases to have scrap factor without decimals . But this is Baan functionality. We can not help.

However Shrinkage in Baan Process allows decimals.
