One of my end user cannot cancel production order and received the following message:"Order found in hours accounting file".

it seems, also, impact the registering of jobs and datas entered, because production order still remain as active.

Can someone provide some help on this topic to avoid a table maintenance?

The reason for this message is that hours are booked for the production order. You can verify this is session "Hours Accounting by Production Order" (tihra1503m000).

If the hours are not yet processed, the can be deleted in session "Hours Accounting by Employee" (tihra1501m000).

(If you are on BaanIV the latter session is "Enter Hours Accounting" (tihra1101m000)).
