Can I know anyone encounter that in the Product Configurator generated item why is it cannot maintain Item Master Plan?

Is this product configurator item need to set anything before it can run the Planning?

Please help. URGENT!

have you check the item planning session (cprpd1100m000)?
General Parameter, Maintain Master Plan should be thicked, planning horizon also must be filled.
