What exactly is the meaning of this Planning Signal?

No demand present for this item (order planning)

Reason being, demand exist. And still the message. This indicates as per baan help, that no demand exist for a non-Master planned item and hence plan item data can be removed. But it is not the case here. Can someone who has faced it and knows how to get around help me please. thanks
