Hi All,

We have an item HC-TEL-UPDATE-1.6 revision 002. It has an item 9700317 in the EBOM at position 97.
But in the PBOM of HC-TEL-UPDATE-1.6 the item 9700317 is not in the BOM.
In the EBOM Copy Data process the item 9700317 does not appear in the PBOM.

Any idea why this Item is lost during the copy process?

then the item is not copied first to Item-general. in this case u need to copy the item 9700317 manually from session tiedm1201m000.
Also plz check the General Defaults for the Same item's group & type (tcibd0502m000).
