We have BaaN IVc4.

Can we able to restrict all changes in "Maintan Estimated Materials" session once Production Order is released?

BaaN restricts once materials is issued from inventory.
but we need this option once we release the production order itself. Any parameter settings or work arounds?

Session permission is the only way I think.

But we need the session for altering estimated materials before the order is released..

if baan gives provision to block the session after the productin order is released it will be helpful..

you can try to do it by using authorisation by table field, where one can set 'no updates' if order status = released.

but check out your requirement as these settings will not allow update of these fields even indirectly from some other sessions.
