Help me to map a scenario in LN.

Case Study:-

Production order of 500 pcs of Shirts to be produced.

Operation 10. Cutting Machine will cut the febric for 500 pcs.

Operation 20. We have a single work center having 50 machine. we will run that operation on that work center.

At the end of day we have to run a report to analysis the work efficiency machine wise.

Please suggest !!!

I think you can make it to be 2 Production Order for those 2 Operation,that means 2 item code .
For Item for operation 20, you can set max order qty = 50.
So when we generate planned order for operation 20 , it will be generated for 50 qty for each line.
If u use FP6, theres parallel operation, but i havent learn about this function.

As per standard ERP Ln 6.1 functionality , we cannot having multiple machines attached to same routing operation.
How ever you can have multiple production order for such operations and also multiple item codes for finish & semifinished products.
