Hi All

In session tiedm1110m000 (Engineering BOM), when i choose ITEM that i have loaded using either Office Integration or Exchange Scheme, i encountered error message saying "Component not present as general item".

I have tested using an item which i created manually (in session tcibd0501m000 Items - General), i can use it in Engineering BOM without any error message?

Is there something i have missed when loading data using OI/XS?

try to check whether the item type is cost item or not.
since for cost item, it will need cost component to be defined in tab Grouping Data

Found out that the item code that i have loaded in is mixed of small and big letters (although viewed as big is sessions).

Changed all to big and the error is no more.

Is it recommended to have all big letters for item code?
