My Secenario Is As Follows


1) I Hv Created A Planned Production Order For A Standard Item(manufactured Item) Then I Hv Converted That Plnned Order Into An Actual Order.

2) After That I Have Completed The Whole Production Cycle Process.
3 Then I Hv Created A New Project Of Type Budget In The Pcs Module (in Manufacturing ) . I Have Entered All The Important Details Of Project .converted The Standard Item To Customised. Calculation The Cost Of The Project.

4) Then I Have Generated The Sales Quotation For That Project.

5) After That I Hv Furthur Processed The Sales Quotaion But At The Time Of Confirming The Sales-quotaion -results Session I Am Getting One Error Like This

during confirmation of sale quotation zoom project field & give first free number for project.

You generated sale quotation from budget project so whenever confirmation/processing sale quotation into sales order then we have to specify project first free number to create single project which is copy of your budget project as we can't use same budget project into logistics transactions.It is only for budgeting purpose.

Sandip is very right, u should chk the frist free no series for pcs and also maintain the default data in session tipcs0103m000 (Default data by no grp)
