If I define supplier specific calender and attach it to Buy-from-BP and Ship-from-BP option will the Generate Order Planning in enterprise planning take that into account while creating Planned PO vis-a-vis Purchase Order.

U can use availability type in which you define in Session Scenario -Availabilities .
Then u define calendar for each supplier.
This suppliers calendars may have many combination of working hour type , as long the availability type is the same with ava type in Session Scenario-Availabilities.
