u can try special demand by item ,and input the pcs item and qty, then generate order planning.

its a simple forecast.

In pcs project u can use as developmnt prj wher you need to tick Investment project as it will be used for Internal projects which are used to collect costs, such as costs relating to warranties, product development, and investments. These projects must not be included in Work In Process (WIP), but must be posted to seperate general ledger accounts in the Balance Sheet or P&L Statement.
As a result:
• No sales order can be created
• No financial entries are made for Combination of PCS and Estimated Cost of Goods Sold or Combination of PCS and Act. Costs of Goods Sold
.
Regarding its MRP u can create BOM for tht in customizd (PCS prj code can be used) then give special demand by item and run Order planing.

It will tak into account ur any stnd item in BOm also.
