Is there any possibility that the Net quantity is more than the Estimated quantity in Production planning.

Hi Sujith,
Our end users raised a Subcontracting Production Order , The order quantity is 612, the yield is 100%, as per BOM 1 nos is required to make 1 kg , there is no scrap factor and scrap quantity, as per the BOM there is only one item to make end item, as per routing there is only one operation.
According the given information how much will be the Net quantity and Estimated quantity in Estimated Material Line ?
Is there any chance that the Net quantity is more than the Estimated quantity?

I cant think off a scenario for that. Otherway around is obvious (ie estimated more than net, since estimate adds up the yield, scrap etc). But whats the reason for the question?

Hi Sujith,
I have got the solution, there is a chance that the Net Qty will be more than the Estimated Qty.
If we report the orders completed more than the the ordered Qty, the Net qty will be more than the Estimated Qty.
