Hi there,

When I try transfer planed production order to production order, I got this error message.

Operations are not (all) planned, check the resource storage horizon and the calendar availability of the item's XXXXXXXX resource(s)

Can someone please help me on this.

I understand I will not get the error if the planned order appear in session Capacity use by planned order (cprrp2500m000)

From the help file, I got this for this session;

The data in the current session is updated if you run the Simulate Orders (cprrp1210m000) session, or the Confirm Planned Orders (cprrp1200m000) session. For each planned order, the capacity use is generated in the order item's fixed lead-time horizon only.

I ran both session but seem like some planned order are updated in this session and some are not.

Thus my question, what is the criteria in order for the planned order to appear in session cprrp2500m000 ?

I managed to solve the problem. It is due to the field fixed lead-time horizon with too low value.

Thank you.
