does anybody have the solution?
We have Company A and Company B. The both companies use Baan IV, own database and information exchange via EDI for Sales Orders..and so on. The both companies use the own product configurator too, where the definition of property are different but meens the same.

For example:
Company A uses property with nr. 06000099
Company B uses property with nr. 06000010

In both companies meens the same, for example: white colour.

Is there possible to find any solution how to consolidate it? This meens if somebody in Company B get the product with property 06000099 from Company A, he doesn´t need to search the corresponding property in Company B.
So, any table translater? EDI? Or...?

My suggestion would be to convert the EDI files. e.g. for POs modify the edit file before import into the target company. In the long term the best solution is the standardise the PCFs between the two companies.
