Hello,

When we put a forecast in MPS, and this forecast passes a planperiod, months > weeks, baan splits up the quantities. How can we prevent this.

In Baan IV also it does the similar thing. This happens due to foward and backward consumption. In Baan IV one could avoid this issue by doing following

Say one has weeking buckets, and Monday is the starting date of bucket, and if the foward and backward consumption say are 14 days bothm then if MPS is run on Tue, then it would go 14 days back and thus resulting in partial week. When running the MPS if one always gives that week start date then it won't do so. This also helps in calculating order interval etc....
